Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• In original, unused condition (unless defective)
• In original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Custom-cut or specially ordered parts
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear
• Electrical components that have been installed and used

How to Start a Return

2. We review your request — Our team will confirm eligibility within 1 business day.
3. Ship the item back — We will provide return shipping instructions. For defective items, return shipping is covered by us.
4. Refund issued — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–7 business days after we issue the refund).

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage when reaching out. We will prioritize a resolution.
