How It Works
- Order placed — You fill in your details and delivery address at checkout.
- Payment — You are redirected to our secure Stripe checkout to complete payment online.
- Processing — Your order is packed and handed to the carrier (1 business day).
- Delivery — You receive a tracking number and the item is shipped to your address.
Shipping Rates
Shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery zone, item weight, and dimensions. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before any payment is collected.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM PST. Orders placed after hours or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number via email or text message so you can monitor the delivery in real time.
