These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online store operated by Sphere Garage Door Repair (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Van Nuys, California 91411, and your purchase of garage door parts, equipment, and related products (“Products”) through this website (the “Store”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the Store, creating an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Store or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 24). Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to purchase Products from the Store. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. The Store is intended for use within the United States.

3. Account Registration

You may browse the Store and place orders without creating an account, or you may register an account to manage orders more easily. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We make every effort to display Products, descriptions, specifications, and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device.

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any Product, or correct errors at any time without prior notice. If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a comparable replacement, a backorder, or a full refund.

5. Compatibility and Installation

Garage door parts and components vary widely by make, model, and configuration. It is your responsibility to verify that a Product is compatible with your equipment before purchasing. If you are unsure, contact us at (888) 847-0777 before ordering and we will help confirm compatibility.

We strongly recommend that installation, repair, and adjustment of garage door components — particularly springs, cables, and tension-bearing parts — be performed by a qualified professional. Improper installation can cause serious injury or property damage and may void any applicable warranty. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or losses resulting from incorrect selection, installation, or use of a Product.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a binding contract. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, Product unavailability, or inability to verify the shipping address.

A contract is formed only when we send a confirmation that your order has been accepted and/or shipped. An order confirmation email acknowledging receipt does not by itself constitute acceptance.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely through our checkout at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information is accurate.

You authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the total order amount, including Products, applicable taxes, and shipping. We do not store full payment-card data on our servers; payments are handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant processor. If a charge is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel the affected order.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Shipping charges are calculated by delivery zone, weight, and dimensions and are shown before payment is collected.

Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. For damaged or lost shipments, follow the process in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in that policy. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

11. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting us promptly at (888) 847-0777 or info@spheregaragedoorrepair.com. Once an order has been packed and handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and is instead subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Custom-cut or specially ordered Products may not be cancellable once production or sourcing has begun.

12. Warranties and Disclaimer of Warranties

Manufacturer warranties, where available, apply to Products as provided by the respective manufacturer; we will pass through such warranties to the extent permitted.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE STORE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store — including text, graphics, logos, product images, page layouts, and the “Sphere Garage Door” name and marks — is the property of Sphere Garage Door Repair or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Store solely for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. If you believe content on the Store infringes your rights, contact us with a notice that complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

14. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Store, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Store. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others. We may remove any content at our discretion.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPHERE GARAGE DOOR REPAIR AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE STORE OR ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE STORE OR A PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sphere Garage Door Repair and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Store, your improper installation or use of a Product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, labor disputes, carrier delays, supply-chain disruptions, power or internet outages, government actions, or acts of war or terrorism.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 21, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any matter not subject to arbitration.

21. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of a Product shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in the State of California, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible.

Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Sphere Garage Door Repair agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to info@spheregaragedoorrepair.com within 30 days of your first purchase.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement and Assignment

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Store and supersede any prior agreements. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction; you may not assign yours without our prior written consent. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes are effective when posted. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
